This notice describes the AANSC showcase website. Individual products and clinical deployments need their own policies and agreements.
The contact page prepares an enquiry in your browser. It does not send information or save a submission to AANSC. You choose whether to download, copy and share the prepared text. Avoid including patient records, health information or credentials.
Product previews use fictional records and synthetic signals. Spook notes and output remain in page memory. The site does not access live clinic records, your camera or your microphone.
Your browser can remember graphics quality. You can disable this in Preferences. When browser storage is unavailable, the current page still works with temporary preferences.
This edition includes no analytics collection or advertising trackers. If the files are hosted online, that hosting provider may keep its own operational logs.
Enquiry files you download are stored wherever you save them. You control those copies and any later sharing. Closing or reloading the page clears the enquiry held in page memory.
